Refund Policy

Returns will only be accepted for the following:

Incorrect item received.

Clothing was destroyed in shipping process. ( Photo evidence at the point of receiving required for refund)

 

Clothes must be unworn and in original packaging and full refund, minus shipping fees, will be issued after items are returned and accounted for.  Presence Apparel will provide for all return shipping cost.
